What we deliver
Lawtech is one of the leading installers of specialist facades in the UK. Our team includes some of the most knowledgeable and experienced experts in the field. We have exceptional relationships with most leading manufacturers in the UK and are actively involved with trade associations and other stakeholders, providing advice on current regulations and best practice.
It is Lawtech’s policy to not install any cladding panels or insulation that does not comply to A2-s1, d0 on any building of any height. Only panels that achieve A2-s1, d0 or A1 will be installed.

External Wall Insulation
Insulated render systems are beneficial to ensuring an energy efficient building and can be applied to the majority of substrates. EWI comprises a series of layered components.
Rainscreen
Lawtech’s Design & Quality Department is experienced in creating innovative and efficient rainscreen designs using a substantial number of products and systems.
Structural Repairs
Structural repairs are a core element this division and our directly-employed site teams have substantial experience in the sector, offering excellent service and value-for-money.
Fire-Stopping
Fire stopping is critical to preventing fire spread through cavities, ensuring compartmentation and maintaining the fire resistance of the building envelope.

Lawtech’s specialist facades division provides clients with innovative cladding solutions that are compliant, functional and aesthetically striking. Working in conjunction with our supply chain partners, Lawtech offers bespoke design and technical calculations in addition to installation services.
