Leveraging the strength of repeat business and a commitment to excellence, Lawtech became one of the country’s largest installers of External Wall Insulation (EWI) within just two years, outperforming competitors with much longer trading histories.
Our specialist divisions have grown alongside our success in major retrofit, fire safety, energy efficiency, and facade remediation projects, supported by the Directors’ dedication to exceptional operative training, efficient project delivery, and the cultivation of strong partner relationships.
Since 2015, Lawtech has expanded its expertise to cover all aspects of facade remediation and fire safety works, successfully delivering multi-million-pound contracts nationally. Recognised as one of the UK’s foremost specialist principal contractors, Lawtech is distinguished by its in-house design and delivery approach, ensuring unparalleled control over quality and timelines from implementation through to completion.
As an established Principal Contractor, our expertise includes substantial experience working with the Building Safety Regulator to deliver remediation projects to higher-risk buildings, having established a robust Pre-Construction Coordination Team with the experience and expertise to manage pre-construction services, including complex two-stage PCSA contracts.
