Lawtech Group was founded in 2004, and now operates as a Principal Contractor specialising in cladding remediation, fire safety works, and energy efficiency works. Operating nationally across England, Scotland and Wales, Lawtech has 200 internal staff. Lawtech's in-house Design Team undertakes all fire remedial design works in-house, and our Investigations Team allows us to complete intrusive investigations to facade systems internally. High-quality delivery is imperative, exemplified by Lawtech's innovative, industry-leading QCQA and implementation of technology to augment this. Exceptional customer service and social value delivery are core tenets of our business.

"The recladding project was always going to be very challenging. Unforeseen technical challenges also had to be dealt with as the project progressed and the COVID pandemic set in partway through the programme. Despite all of this, Lawtech successfully worked alongside the client consultancy team to find the necessary solutions, keep the project moving forwards, provide detailed QCQA, and deliver the project to a very high standard within budget. Overall, an impressive achievement."
